You manage to take a peek at the driver and realize it is none other than the Caped Crusader, himself (kinda), Batman. Just a few differences – first, this one’s real name is Lenny B. Robinson from Baltimore County, Maryland, and he is not fighting criminals, he is fighting terrible childhood diseases. LIVING LIFE IN THE SLOW LANE WITH LITTLE FREE LIBRARIES
Todd Bol from Hudson, Wisconsin set out to find a solution to the problem of cars speeding in front of his house. Thanks to one very creative idea to slow traffic down, Little Free Libraries were born. Todd built libraries that look like a rather big mailbox and put books inside for anyone to take and read and placed them in his front yard. Todd’s first library resembled a one room schoolhouse honoring his mother who was a teacher. The only thing he asked was that you either return the book or replace it with one of your own so that others could have the same opportunity to enjoy the books.
